"Stargate SG-1" Review Season 02, Episode 19, One False Step

While performing an aerial survey of an alien world, the SGC loses control of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. Attempting to regain control, Captain Carter witnesses through its camera that it crashed into a plant of some sort, only for the UAV to be found by what appeared to be a naked and bald man. SG-1 now has the additional priority to establish contact with the aliens, in addition to recovering the flight data.

This episode is a perfect example of the kind of damage seemingly innocuous happenings can cause in a foreign environment. And it is frankly surprising that this doesn't happen more often considering the number of planets the SG teams visit.

The species of alien and plant introduced in this episode are not heard from again, outside clip shows.

The plot is good, the acting talent is good, the special effects are limited but well integrated for the most part.
