This sweet liqueur goes down easily even for novice connoisseurs. It tastes strongly of banana and vanilla with a hint of almond. The aftertaste brings to mind bananas which are on the verge of turning brown, and lasts only a few moments.

This liqueur can be consumed neat, as a substitute for coconut water in pina colada to make a banana colada, or mixed with other beverages. For a listing of suggested mixes, visit Bols.
