"The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" Review

"The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" Review

9/10

1954
Written By: John Ronald Reuel Tolkien
Published By: George Allen & Unwin
Protagonist(s): Frodo Baggins. Aragorn, Samwise Gamgee, Meriadoc Brandybuck, Peregrin Took, Legolas, Gimly, Gandalf the Grey

The Fellowship has broken. Frodo and Sam take a separate path to Mordor to finish their quest while Aragorn and Legolas and Gimly make haste to catch up the Orcs and Uruk-hai who abducted Merry and Pippin.

Book number two in the trilogy which was originally only one book, the book has more excitement, war and desperation than its predecessor.

It is very heavy reading, but it is well worth the spent patience by immersing yourself into the world which Tolkien has created.

I recommend this book to any Fantasy fiction genre enthusiast. And I have recommended it to some who aren't enthusiasts.
