"The Big Hit" Review
7/10
1998
A Kirk Wong Film
Protagonist(s): Mark Wahlberg, China Chow
Antagonist(s): Lou Diamond Phillips
Run-time: 1 hour 31 minutes
When a crew of mercenaries set out on an independent kidnapping gig they bite off more than they can chew, and it's every merc for himself.
The plot is a little flimsy, but supported by the comedy, explosions and martial arts.
The physics involved in many of the stunts seems a little shoddy, but the entertainment value outweighs that side of the film.
It is purely entertainment and only has one simple message; always rewind and return video tapes on time.
I recommend this film for an action evening of lesser thought requirements.
Reviewing different things; food, films, music, books, games etc. It is said that those who can't do; teach. Those who can't teach; critique.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
