It has been three years since the start of the Clone Wars, and the emotional Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) falls for the sweet lies whispered in his ear, crossing over to the Dark Side of the Force as the war comes to a surprising end.
The same niggles apply concerning prequels, dubious sciences and superfluous characters.
The acting skills are passable. The effects are visually good but my comment from the previous film still applies: the actors have an easier time accepting what they react to if they see the physical results. The plot is dry and only spiced up by mystical powers, laser swords, and close combat fighting.
It is still worth watching.
