When a childhood friend of Teal'c comes through the Stargate on Earth by use of Bra'tak's signal, she brings with her the tempting proposition of conditioning the Goa'uld the Jaffa carry into sharing the belief of the Tok'ra, it causes excitement for the Tok'ra and efforts are made to test the validity of the claim.
There is very little new information in this episode, the concept of interacting with the Goa'uld larva within them is the only real introduction.
The implications of the conditioning are threatening for the Goa'uld as a galactic empire, as they rely on the Jaffa to incubate their young. If the Jaffa can condition the evil out of the larva then this threatens the power and stability of the image of the Goa'uld as gods in the eyes of their subjects.
The plot is a little flimsy but seemingly only meant as a stepping stone for future events, the acting talent is good, the effects are good.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
