"Stargate SG-1" Review Season 03, Episode 18, Shades of Grey
9/10

Fed up with having to grovel and beg technologically superior races for a little boost to Earth's defences, Colonel O'Neill rips a weapons disabling device from the Tollan Council's wall on the way out, ignoring the protests of his team. As a result, Colonel O'Neill accepts early retirement rather than dishonourable discharge.
This episode seems dedicated to demonstrating the use of ethics by the SGC over that of the NID. The alien allies of Earth also showed cooperation in seeking out the help of the SGC to find out who had committed the thefts of technology from them, and have them brought to justice.
There are several pieces of technology introduced in this episode, but most are unnamed and will not return. But the incident will be shown in clip shows.
The plot is good, the acting talent is good, the effects are good.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
