While Doctor Jackson and Teal'c go to Abydos to inform Jackson's father-in-law of the continued search for his wife only to find her there, Colonel O'Neill and Captain Carter attends an award ceremony in Washington DC where things are more complicated than assumed.
This episode has little in the way of new information, however it is revealed that two Goa'uld never have children through their human hosts, and that if the human host becomes pregnant then the Goa'uld must go into a form of hibernation to prevent the child from being still born.
Another revelation, although minor, is that there is a leak within the SGC or Pentagon which spreads information as sources to the media who stalk O'Neill with parabolic microphones and such.
The plot is good, the acting talent is good, the effects are simple.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
