"Firefly" Review Season 01, Episode 08, Out of Gas

While travelling outside civilized space, the Serenity experiences problems and is set adrift with no power and no life support. What was intended to be travel 'under the radar' becomes a desperate scramble for survival.
This episode contains plenty of flashbacks from before the start of the series, explaining a few things which had not been asked but undoubtedly wondered. "How did this motley crew band together?" The timing of these views into the past is excellently executed.
It is also a good example of 'cooler heads prevail'. If panic sets in, any possible solution is ignored in favour of seeing the problems.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
