When one of the employees of Veridian Dynamics expires at work, Veridian Dynamics exploit the opportunity to inspire the others by using him as an example of sacrifice and dedication to mask the continued fourteen hour work days.

This episode shows how much mindless crowds could get swept into the hype of things, and idolize an individual as a saint who could do no wrong. It also shows how less than moral individuals or companies could take advantage of any given situation to further their cause.
