"Better Off Ted" Review Season 01, Episode 07, Get Happy

In the wake of an employee evaluation, Ted and Veronica go out of their way to improve the opinions of those who didn't like them. Ted's sets off with the intention of ingratiating himself with the elder men of the company by going 'old school'. Veronica takes Linda's suggestion to let the employees personalise their cubicles to the management, but rather than risk offending people the company assigned one of four inoffensive themes to the employees.

This episode is loaded with hilariously presented psychological analysis with concern to cliques forming due to similar possessions or decorations. It also touches on the desperate need to be liked, and the means one takes to be liked.

The theme or moral of the episode is that while there should always be room for improvement you should not change who you are to make others like you.
