"Kindergarten Cop" Review
9/10
1990
An Ivan Reitman Film
Protagonist(s): Arnold Schwarzenegger, Pamela Reed, Linda Hunt, Penelope Ann Miller
Antagonist(s): Richard Tyson, Carroll Baker
Run-time: 1 hour 51 minutes
When Detective John Kimble (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has to track down a very important source/witness to bring down an infamous drug dealer, he has to take on the most challenging task he has ever undertaken.
This is a classic buddy film blown out of proportion. Seeing the massive Austrian trying to cope with a class full of children is entertainment enough in and of itself.
A romantic interest is close to mandatory, and is thankfully not in conflict with the children even if it is in conflict with the assignment.
The plot is simple enough to follow. The comedy is mostly situation. The acting talent is balanced out. The effects are mostly good.
I recommend this film for anyone who ever had any ideas or aspirations of becoming a teacher.
Reviewing different things; food, films, music, books, games etc. It is said that those who can't do; teach. Those who can't teach; critique.

A change has been made in regards to the Adult status of the Blog, due to the reviews on Alcoholic Beverages, and some for the violent games and films reviewed. Wouldn't want to set a bad example.
