"Cars" Review

"Cars" Review

7/10

2006
A John Lasseter and Joe Ranft Film
Protagonist(s): Owen Wilson, Paul Newman, Bonnie Hunt, Larry the Cable Guy, John Ratzenberger
Antagonist(s): Michael Keaton
Run-time: 1 hour 57 minutes

A young race car on the rise has an accident in a small town, and has to do community service until he has repaired the damage he did.

If this summation sounds familiar, then that's because it is. This is more or less the animated car version of "Doc Hollywood".

The quality of animation, voice talent and texture/lighting is excellent, as expected of Pixar.

If you have children then this is a film they should see, filled with comedy and antics which are appropriate for any age.
