"Three Men and a Baby" Review

"Three Men and a Baby" Review

8/10

1987
A Leonard Nimoy Film
Protagonist(s): Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg, Ted Danson
Antagonist(s): Paul Guilfoyle, Earl Hindman
Run-time: 1 hour 42 minutes

When three bachelors find a bassinet with appropriate content at their door, they are thrown into the world of fatherhood and baby care.

The plot, acting and editing are all excellent, though as was common with films from the period aldo rife with poorly chosen background music for chase scenes etc. and rested heavily on the suave bachelor stereotype.

I remember this as one of the first live action films I ever saw while being somewhat familiar with the English language, and as such it will always have a special place in my heart.

I recommend this film both as a way of passing time with humour, and as a very marginal learning experience in how to treat babies.
