"Munchkin" Review

"Munchkin" Review
10/10

Developer(s): Steve Jackson
Publisher(s): Steve Jackson Games
Genre(s): Strategy
Mode(s): Multiplayer (2-6 players)

Go down into the dungeon. Kill everything you meet. Backstab your friends and steal all their stuff.  Grab the treasure and run.

This card game requires a delicate balance between fierce loyalty to ones friends and fierce loyalty to ones self. Players are at all times allowed to sabotage the others, but in doing so might lose much needed support later.

Dice are used, but mainly as a random chance decider for escaping an overwhelming opponent.

It takes only a few minutes to set up, and can last anywhere from half an hour to several hours depending on the level of cooperation, concentration and number of expansion packs (of which there are MANY).

I highly recommend this game.
