When Veronica declared that sexual harassment is classified as a disease, it opens the flood gates for people to act like jerks and deviants. Phil and Lem learn that their cleaning robot costs more to maintain than a human, and is to be scrapped.
The moral of the episode is that if you give people permission to act like they are in Paradise Hotel or Big Brother, then that is how most will act which makes for very low productivity.
I would also like to challenge the viewers to play a game of 'Where's the Dalek'. Somewhere hidden in the background is a Dalek, try to spot it.
