In order to avoid a potential lawsuit, Veridian Dynamics invents a fake award and presents it to Phil, who is in the process of developing artificially grown meat with Lem.

This episode marks the first time where the actors are warmed up to their roles and the comedy gets a bit of traction.

The moral of the episode is to not make life altering decisions without consulting your family and friends, or they'll be very resentful. And read through documents requiring your signature.
