When the pathological liar Jason Shepard (Frankie Muniz) writes a story to make up for a missed assignment in creative writing and loses it in a limo, he sets out on a mission to make film producer Marty Wolf (Paul Giamatti) admit that the script for his next blockbuster film was stolen from his assignment.
This film is fairly amusing and contains quite a few special appearances from former or current television actors, at least one of them as themselves.
The moral of the film is that if you get to the top you should not belittle those under your command, or they will rise and rebel.
The plot is simple but supported with physical comedy. The acting talent is balanced. The comedy is mostly physical. The effects are few but good.
I recommend this film for anyone who liked watching 'Malcolm in the Middle' and similar shows.
